Obituary of Pamela Jenkins

Pamela "Pam" Jenkins was born September 19, 1957 to the late Orist Jenkins and Ocie Johnson. Pamela was raised by her late stepfather William (Sonny) McMahon in New York City. She attended John F Kennedy High School, Bronx NY and Taylor's Business Institute in New York majoring in Accounting. Pamela moved to Albany NY in 1984. She was the mother of two children, Althea (Ally) and Larry. Adopted mother of Shyron and Ahmeek. She was preceded in death by her sister Kelly, father Orist (Dorothy) Jenkins; Uncles: William (Bud) and James Clyde (JC); Aunts: Edith and Tiny. She leaves to cherish her memory her life long friend Larry Porter, Mother Ocie, Sisters: Kim, Dorothea, Odessa, and Oliscia, Brother Otis, Aunts: Rosetta, Earline, and Louise, Uncles: Early(Buddy), Eddie, Keith, Ronald, and Harold, and a host of nieces, cousins, and friends. Also cherishing her memory are her sisters she adopted early in life: Candy and Sondra McFallFew. They remained close for over 50 years. The one thing we all know about Pam is that she truly loved people. She was blessed with the most loving heroic heart. As we cherish her memory let us all remember to love one another.
