Sherry Stafford also known as Sissy was born on December 21st 1965 in Albany New York to Richard Stafford and the late Roseanne Rock she was a claims adjuster for APA partners for over 20 years Sissy departed life on Saturday January 12th 2019 at St Peter's Hospice Inn due to lung cancer. Sissy's Hobbes are exploring the world, gardening, fishing, hunting & cooking. Entertaining her huge family was a must. Sissy is predeceased by her lifelong partner James Gibson Sissy is survived by her three daughters Summer Stafford, Amber Gibson, Central Jackson. One son James Gibson. Her brother, her rock Rober Stafford, sister Tammy Stott. Grandkids Destany Apjohn, James Gibson Jr, Carter Gibson & Zayden Ortiz. Nephews Robert Stafford & Aj Morrison, Michael Boulerice. Niece's Jenny Boulerice, Ashley Stafford. Great nephews Jevan Dukes and Micah Dukes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral 2:00 pm on Friday from Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY. Friends may call in the funeral home Friday from 12-2. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rensselaer. .
