Obituary of Barbara J. Lasher

Barbara J. Lasher 69 of Rensselaer died Thursday, November 23, 2017 at St Peter's Hospital. Barbara was born in Albany the daughter of Theodore and Pauline Sprague. Barbara worked her families farm and raised her family then went on to be Teachers Aid for East Greenbush Central Schools, East Greenbush, NY. Predeceased by her first Husband Philip R. Di Novo. Barbara is survived by her husband Robert A. Lasher, a daughter Tammy J.(Dave) Daoust and Robert J. (Robin) DiNovo, Step mother of Robert Jr. Michael and Lisa Lasher and a brother Bruce (Jill) Sprague. Barbara is the proud Grammy of Danielle, Jesse, Nicholas, and Elizabeth. Barbara is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Her mass Wednesday morning 9 o'clock at the Rockefeller funeral home 165 Columbia Tpk and 9:30 at the Holy Spirit Church 667 Columbia Tpk. Friends may call in the funeral home Tuesday evening from 4-7 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels, Albany.
