Obituary of Anthony P. Izzo

Anthony P. Izzo 73 of East Greenbush passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Friday, February 23, 2018 at St Peter's Hospital. Anthony was born and raised in Troy. He worked at Van Rensselaer Manor for 38 years before retiring He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam war. Anthony is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years Beverly (Cataldo) Izzo Father of Nicole (Steven Martino) Izzo and Christina (Patrick) Doyle Brother of Joseph and Mickey Izzo, proud Papa to Carson Doyle. Avid fan of Saratoga racetrack, enjoyed traveling with his wife, and spending time with his children and grandson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral 7:00 pm on Monday from Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY. Friends and family are invited to his calling hours Monday4-7 prior to the funeral. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville Tuesday at 12 o'clock noon. Donations may be made in his name to St Jude's Children's Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
