Obituary of Janet T. Batcher

Janet T. Batcher 73 of Glenmont died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at home after a long illness. Janet was born in Binghamton. She retired in 2009 after 42 years as a Billing Clerk for Main Care Energy. Predeceased by her brother, John (Edith) Jurkovich, and sister, Annie Clarizio. Janet is survived by her beloved husband Gerald E. Batcher Jr. two daughters: Suzanne Meacham and Kelley A. Batcher, one sister: Sister Theresa Clarizio S.A. and Foster sister Rita Golden; Sr Kathryn Dolan Sister of St. Joseph. Dear friends Genevieve Boehlke, Elizabeth Lucey and Helen Delano. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral 11:00 am on Thursday from St. James & St Francis Of Assisi Parish 391 Delaware Ave Albany, NY. Friends may call in the Wm.J. Rockefeller funeral home 165 Columbia Tpk. Rensselaer, NY. Wednesday from 4-7 Pm. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rensselaer.
