Obituary of Russell R. Lockenwitz

Russell R. Lockenwitz SR. 68 of Schenectady passed away Saurday March 24, 2018 surrounded by his family. Russell was born in Pittsfield, MA. He was owner of Bits And Pieces Furniture Store in Albany NY. He enjoyed storage auctions and going to the casino. He enjoyed his time with his Gumba(Tyler) Russell is survived by his Spouse Catherine M. Coons of 42 years. Russell is survived by 5 children Melissa Dalton(Shawn) Russell Lockenwitz Jr. Catherine Lockenwitz Frank Lockenwitz(Jessica)and Stephanie Abuzaid Three sisters: Janice Murphy, Yvonne (Rick) Schuman and Rose (Dave) Gambacorta, and one brother: Albert Charron (Sandy). He is survived by 10 Grandchildren ,many Nieces and Nephews Predeceased by his Parents Albert and Catherine Charron(lockenwitz) his Brothers, Charles Lockenwitz, Kevin Lockenwitz and Robert Charron and Sister, Marilyn Garrison Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours Monday from 4-7 pm with a memorial service to follow at 7:00pm at the Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Community Hospice
